How these rankings work

Buy rate is what the institution pays when it buys USD from you. Sell rate is what it charges when it sells USD to you. “Highest” or “lowest” is not a recommendation. Which rate suits you depends on whether you are buying or selling, the amount, and the fees and conditions the institution applies.
